The Million Dollar Squads program is set to become one of the most impactful member benefits for MDS members, with the aim to connect you to the right fellow members for the long-term achievement of your life’s goals.
We have partnered with Tom Krieglstein, referred to as “the forum launcher” by many organization such as EO, YPO, & TED, to help run our Squads program.
You will be matched in a group of 6-8 members based on business and personal interests for a 3-hour monthly meeting.
How it works?
A rising tide raises all ships. We expect you to be completely transparent with each other in all aspects of life so you can challenge and support each other on personal, family, and business-related matters.
Everything shared within a Squad is 100% confidential.

How is this different from MDS Challenges?
The accountability groups that we have previously put together have now been renamed as “Challenges”.
They will continue to happen, but they will have an end point, and a common goal, meet more frequently, and not require such a deep level of openness and transparency.
Challenges are awesome, but Squads require a lot more effort and in return will have a massive impact on your life.

The cost
There is a ONE-TIME $1500 placement fee which is seen to the left. It is broken up into two payments, 50% upfront and 50% once you are placed into a Squad.

If, for any reason, we are unable to place you into a Squad or you are unhappy with your Squad, we will refund your fee as an account credit to be used for future events. Learn more about our account credit policy here.
*Credits will not be given if you are removed from a group due to the violation of the MDS Squad terms.
**The placement fee offsets Tom Krieglstein, a top-notch moderator who is helping guide your sessions, software subscriptions that are used, and additional team members that MDS will hire in order to lead this initiative.
Other organizations charge upwards of $6,000/year recurring for participation in similar programs without the level of support that we intend to provide.**

Curated Squad Matching
We will use all the information we have about you to ensure we place you in a group that best fits your needs.
12 Months of Professional Squad Moderation
To make sure we kick this off right, we will be running these MDS Squads with the help of Tom Krieglstein, who is a well-respected accountability coach who helps organizations like TED run their accountability programs.
He will hold your Squad’s hand through a successful execution by moderating your first meetings, providing agendas, and being an additional support system for anything you may need.
After 12 months, your Squad should be well-trained to carry on without moderation support.
Circles
A video conferencing tool that has been uniquely designed for accountability groups to meet digitally and allow all attendees to remain engaged.
Meeting Zero
For your Squad to successfully kick-off, we require that you start with an in-person meeting with a majority of your Squad.
This meeting will have a unique agenda designed to build a strong bond and make sure that no time is wasted on how the Squads will impact your life.
Annual Meeting Assistance
All Squads will require at least one annual in-person meeting. We will help provide a structured agenda and assist you in any planning needs.
Squads are welcome to meet more often, and we will continue to provide support with the meeting agenda, but planning services will be limited to one annual trip.
Continuous Matching Support
Although this program is designed to find your forever Squad, we understand times change.
If there is a situation where you are no longer a fit for your Squad, we will assist in rematching you.
